How/Where do I pay for services?

When do I pay for services?

For overnight stays longer than 5 days, we do require 50% of the invoice to be paid before your trip, the remainder can be paid at the same time or once you’re home. For stays shorter than 5 days, you can pay before, during or within 24 hours of you returning home from your trip.

For overnight services, how much time will Hailey spend with my pets?

Hailey will be with your pets every day during her stay for multiple hours, she is a full-time college student, however, she should never be gone longer than 8 hours at a time. If your pets need to be let out or checked in on more frequently, that can be arranged- please reach out for further details.

Are there any animals Hailey is unwilling to work with?

There are a few animals Hailey has minimal experience with such as large birds and snakes. However, there are no animals she is unwilling to work with.

How long has Hailey been petsitting?

Hailey has been petsitting since she was 17 years old, being 27 now, it has been 10 years since she began this awesome journey!

I have a service in mind, but I don’t see it on the services list. Will Hailey still consider doing this service?

Hailey is willing to consider and do her best to help with any services needed, such as pet transportation. Please reach out, to see about pricing.
